Terms of Service

BudgetLogify is provided by Bram Kevin Cannemeijer, based in the Netherlands and trading under the business name BudgetLogify ("we", "us"). By using BudgetLogify you agree to these terms; if you continue to use the service, you remain bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BudgetLogify is a tool that keeps track of what you put into it — subscriptions, contracts, documents and deadlines — and reminds you in time. BudgetLogify does not cancel anything for you and does not act on your behalf.

• activities that are unlawful, or fraud, spam or deception;
• infringing the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
• disrupting or probing security: malware, automated scraping, overloading or bypassing technical limits;
• reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the service.

BudgetLogify — the software, design, texts, brand and documentation — remains the property of Bram Kevin Cannemeijer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use within the package you subscribe to. The data you enter remains yours; we only process it to provide the service.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You keep your login details secret.
• One account is intended for one person or household.

You can start for free with a limited number of items. Premium costs €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year, including VAT. Payment is made in advance per period and the subscription automatically renews until you cancel.

Our ordering process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer questions about orders and returns. Therefore the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase, which govern payment, invoicing, taxes, cancellation and refunds.

You can stop Premium at any time in your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your account reverts to free. Your data remains stored until you delete your account. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violation of permitted use. Where reasonable we will first warn you and give you the opportunity to export your data.

BudgetLogify does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. We do our best to send reminders on time, but the ultimate responsibility for actually cancelling, renewing or applying remains with you. Always check important deadlines with your provider.

We strive for a service that always works, but maintenance and outages can occur. In case of prolonged unavailability of a paid service we will compensate the relevant period.

We may amend these terms. If a change is disadvantageous to you, we will notify you by email at least thirty days in advance.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
